DOWSIL™ SYLGARD™ 527 Silicone Dielectric Gel Clear is a 2-part (1:1 mix ratio), low-viscosity, soft dielectric silicone gel formulated to protect delicate electronics, micro-wire bonds, and power semiconductors from mechanical shock, vibration, moisture, and atmospheric contaminants. Utilizing a platinum-catalyzed addition-cure system, it cures at room temperature or with heat acceleration to form a clear, ultra-flexible gel with zero cure byproducts or volumetric shrinkage. Its self-healing property allows test probes to penetrate and retract without leaving permanent voids. The bulk 35 kg kit (17.5 kg Part A + 17.5 kg Part B) offers exceptional processing efficiency for high-volume manufacturing lines and automated dispensing systems.

Usage Note: Thoroughly mix Part A and Part B in a 1:1 ratio. Vacuum de-airing (degassing) prior to pouring is recommended to eliminate trapped air bubbles. Avoid contact with sulfur, amines, phosphorus, or organometallic compounds to prevent platinum catalyst cure inhibition. Fully compatible with automated meter-mix processing equipment.
