ARTICLE 1 – SELLER INFORMATION

ARTICLE 2 – DEFINITIONS

• SELLER: ETG ENDÜSTRİ TEKNİK GLOBAL TEKNOLOJİK ÇÖZÜMLER İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ
• BUYER: All users who register as members and make purchases through the Website.
• PRODUCT: Goods and services offered for sale on the Website.
• WEBSITE: www.teknikexpo.com
• FORCE MAJEURE: Circumstances beyond control such as natural disasters, war, import restrictions, customs procedures, strikes, government decisions, etc.

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. Product delivery shall be made on the delivery date specified in the order. If no date is specified, delivery shall be made within 30 days at the latest.

3.2. No product shall be delivered without full payment. The BUYER must pay the full sales amount for the shipment to be dispatched.

3.3. In cases where the payment is canceled, reversed, blocked, or rejected by the bank or financial institution, the SELLER shall be deemed released from the delivery obligation.

3.4. In the event of Force Majeure preventing delivery, the SELLER reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the delivery.

ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

4.1. The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4.2. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Chemical & Technical Materials (all products with opened packaging)
• Industrial Systems (Magnetic couplings, slip ring systems, BLDC motors, planetary gearboxes)
• Electro-Optical Systems (Pan-tilt camera systems, SOWA tripods)
• Drone Systems (Drone lighting systems, spraying equipment)
• Software & Digital Products (copied or activated products)

4.3. For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, unopened, and resalable.

4.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 5 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

5.1. The SELLER shall deliver the products complete and in accordance with the order.

5.2. The BUYER is solely responsible for all issues arising from installation, assembly, or improper use.

5.3. The SELLER shall not be liable for consequences arising from the misuse of chemical products.

ARTICLE 6 – FORCE MAJEURE

In case of Force Majeure (natural disasters, import restrictions, customs procedures, war, strike, government decisions, etc.), the SELLER reserves the right to extend the delivery time, cancel, or modify the order. In such cases, the BUYER may not claim compensation or penalties.

ARTICLE 7 – COMPETENT COURT

In the event of disputes arising from this Agreement, the Ankara Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

The BUYER, by electronically confirming this Agreement, declares and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all of its provisions.
