This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between ETG Endüstri Teknik Global Technological Solutions Inc. (“SELLER”), operating the e-commerce platform www.teknikexpo.com, and the registered user of the website (“MEMBER” or “BUYER”).
1.1. Only individuals over 18 years of age may register.
1.2. The Member agrees that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. The Member bears responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information.
1.3. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be shared with third parties.
1.4. International users acknowledge that membership is subject to the applicable laws of their country of residence as well as Turkish commercial law.
2.1. The Member agrees to use the website in accordance with applicable laws.
2.2. All transactions performed through the account are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
2.3. The Member is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential.
2.4. For international users, compliance with customs, import, and export regulations is mandatory.
3.1. The SELLER reserves the right to modify site content, products, prices, and membership conditions without prior notice.
3.2. The SELLER may cancel orders in case of system errors (e.g., incorrect pricing, stock errors).
3.3. The SELLER does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
4.1. The Member undertakes not to misuse the platform, not to place fraudulent orders, and not to harm systems.
4.2. The Member may not upload or share content infringing third-party rights.
4.3. The Member is legally responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
5.1. Personal data of members are protected under GDPR (EU) and KVKK (Turkey).
5.2. By registering, the Member consents to the use of personal data for order processing, commercial transactions, and communication.
5.3. The SELLER may share membership information with official authorities when legally required.
5.4. International members agree that cross-border data transfer may occur for operational purposes.
6.1. Products are delivered within the stated lead time at checkout; if no date is specified, delivery shall occur within 30 days.
6.2. No product will be delivered without full payment.
6.3. In cases of canceled or reversed payments from banks or financial institutions, the SELLER is released from its delivery obligation.
6.4. For international orders, customs clearance, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the BUYER.
7.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 7 days after delivery.
7.2. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
Chemical & Technical Products: Packages opened, seals broken, or expired items.
Industrial Systems: Magnetic couplings, slip rings, BLDC motors, planetary gearboxes (if assembled, tested, or used).
Electro-Optical Systems: Pan-tilt cameras, SOWA tripods (once unpacked or used).
Drone Systems: Lighting systems, spraying equipment (if used).
Software & Digital Products: Licensed or digital products once activated, downloaded, or copied.
7.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.
8.1. Many products sold are chemicals and consumables; therefore, they are not subject to statutory warranty.
8.2. Shelf life and expiration dates as determined by the manufacturer apply instead of warranty.
8.3. The BUYER is solely responsible for using products after the expiration date.
In cases of natural disasters, import restrictions, customs delays, war, strikes, or government decisions, the SELLER may extend delivery times, cancel, or modify orders. The BUYER shall not claim compensation in such cases.
10.1. Prices, campaigns, discounts, and offers under B2B or Pro Membership are exclusive to that group of members.
10.2. Members must use such benefits only for their own commercial activities.
10.3. Special pricing, discount, and campaign information may not be shared with third parties.
10.4. The SELLER reserves the right to terminate membership, blacklist, and claim compensation for damages if confidential information is disclosed.
10.5. A penalty of €10,000 applies for unauthorized disclosure of confidential pricing, discount, or campaign information.
10.6. International Pro Members agree to comply with export restrictions, embargo rules, and international trade laws.
11.1. The Member may cancel their membership at any time.
11.2. The SELLER may terminate membership unilaterally if the Member violates the terms of this Agreement.
12.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey.
12.2. For international disputes, Turkish law applies primarily, but arbitration or courts in Ankara, Turkey, shall have jurisdiction.
By registering on the website, the Member acknowledges and accepts all provisions of this Agreement.
