Warranty And Return Condıtıons

Warranty Terms

• Most of the products sold are chemicals or consumables and therefore are not covered by statutory warranty.
• For these products, the expiry date and storage conditions determined by the manufacturer shall apply instead of warranty coverage.
• Products must not be used after their expiry date. Any liability arising from such use shall rest solely with the BUYER.

Return Conditions

• Products may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and with seals and security bands intact.
• Products that are opened, used, damaged, or expired shall not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
• For chemical products (lubricants, greases, adhesives, coatings, etc.), returns are only possible with the SELLER’s prior approval.

Expiry Date and Shelf Life

• All products are sold in line with the shelf life and expiry date specified by the manufacturer.
• After delivery, the BUYER is responsible for storing the products under proper conditions.
• The SELLER shall not be held liable for any deterioration caused by improper storage or unsuitable conditions.

Shipping and Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.
• The SELLER shall only cover return shipping costs in cases where the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
