Orders are delivered to the contracted courier company within 7 business days (Monday–Friday) after bank/payment approval.
The delivery period depends on the courier company and destination:
For domestic shipments, delivery is usually completed within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
For international shipments, delivery times vary depending on the courier.
No product will be delivered without payment.
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date of delivery.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
Chemical & Technical Materials: Products whose packaging has been opened, seal broken, or expired.
Industrial Systems: Magnetic couplings, slip ring systems, BLDC motors, planetary gearboxes. (Returns are not accepted if installed, used, or tested.)
Electro-Optical Systems: Pan-tilt camera systems, SOWA tripods.
Drone Systems: Drone lighting systems, spraying equipment.
Software & Digital Products: Licensed software, copied or activated content.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and resalable.
Return shipping costs belong to the BUYER.
Most products sold are chemicals or consumables and therefore not covered by statutory warranty.
Instead of warranty, the expiry date and shelf life determined by the manufacturer shall apply.
The BUYER is responsible for any damages arising from use after the expiry date or from improper storage conditions.
The system allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. In rare cases, the same product may be purchased at the same time, resulting in stock depletion.
If payment has been received online but the product is out of stock, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER of the current delivery schedule.
If the product cannot be delivered within the specified period, the payment will be refunded to the BUYER via the same method.
In such cases, the BUYER shall not be entitled to claim additional compensation, interest, or any other rights.
All orders are delivered through contracted courier companies under transport insurance.
If the package is damaged upon delivery, the BUYER must request the courier to issue a report and refuse to accept the product.
No deliveries are made on public holidays or official holidays.
In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, transportation barriers, war, strikes, import/customs restrictions, or government regulations, deliveries may be delayed.
In such cases, the SELLER does not accept responsibility and will only inform the BUYER.
