DOWSIL™ CC-8030 UV and Dual Moisture Cure Conformal Coating Clear is a 1-part, solventless, dual-cure silicone conformal coating engineered for rapid throughput in high-volume printed circuit board (PCB) assembly lines. It cures in seconds upon UV light exposure for immediate handling, while an uninhibited secondary moisture cure mechanism ensures complete cross-linking in unexposed shadow areas beneath electronic components. Featuring low viscosity, zero VOC emission, and a UV indicator for easy inspection, it delivers superior environmental sealing for automotive and industrial electronics. The 150 g cartridge/syringe format is ideal for precision manual dispensing, repair, and prototype assembly.
