DOWSIL™ 3165 Fast Tack RTV Adhesive Sealant Gray is a one-part, fast room-temperature moisture-curing (RTV), non-corrosive alkoxy silicone adhesive/sealant engineered for bonding, fixing, sealing, and component staking in electrical and electronic assemblies. It features an exceptionally fast tack-free time that enables rapid green-strength development and shortens cycle times on automated assembly lines. Formulated to meet UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant standards, it ensures high operational safety for critical electronic modules. The bulk 21.9 kg pail supply is optimized for continuous automated dispensing machinery and high-volume electronics assembly lines.
