DOWSIL™ 3-4207 Dielectric Tough Gel Clear Greenish is an advanced 2-part (1:1 mix ratio), low-viscosity dielectric silicone gel engineered to provide enhanced mechanical strength and tear resistance compared to conventional soft gels. Featuring primerless adhesion to common electronic substrates, it cures at room temperature or rapidly with heat acceleration via a platinum-catalyzed addition-cure system with zero byproducts. Its resilient matrix cushions delicate components against thermal cycling stress while providing superior surface durability against mechanical force and vibration. The clear greenish hue facilitates easy visual inspection of fill depth and coverage. The bulk 36.2 kg kit (18.1 kg Part A + 18.1 kg Part B) offers exceptional processing efficiency for high-volume manufacturing lines and automated dispensing systems.

Avoid contact with sulfur, amines, phosphorus, or organometallic compounds to prevent platinum catalyst cure inhibition. Fully compatible with automated meter-mix processing equipment.
