DOWSIL™ TC-4060 Thermal Gel Kit is a two-part silicone thermal interface material featuring an ultra-high thermal conductivity of 6.0 W/m·K. Engineered to maximize heat dissipation from high-power electronic components to heatsinks, it cures to a soft, compliant gel that imparts minimal compression stress on delicate circuitry.
