| DOWSIL™ 734 Flowable Sealant Clear is a 1-part, flowable, acetoxy room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone adhesive and sealant. Featuring a low-viscosity, self-leveling consistency, it easily flows into narrow channels, fine crevices, and complex geometry assemblies. Packaged in a 20 L pail for high-volume automated industrial dispensing, it cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a tough, flexible, and clear rubber seal. It provides excellent unprimed adhesion to glass, metals, ceramics, and engineering plastics. |

Usage Note: Ensure substrate surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil or grease prior to application. As acetoxy cure releases acetic acid vapor during curing, test compatibility before applying on corrosion-sensitive metals (e.g., copper or brass). The 20 L pail is designed for use with pneumatic follower-plate dispensing pumps. Due to its flowable nature, apply primarily on horizontal joints or shallow cavity fills to avoid sag.
