DOWSIL™ Q4-2805 Fluoro Channel Sealant is a fluorosilicone-based, single-component, RTV (room-temperature curing) sealant specially developed for applications exposed to fuels, oils, solvents, and aggressive chemicals.
Packaged in a 212 g cartridge, it is ideal for precision channel sealing applications. Thanks to its high-performance formulation, it delivers durable elasticity and chemical resistance in demanding environments such as engine components, fuel systems, hydraulic lines, and solvent-rich areas. Once cured, it maintains excellent flexibility and ensures long-term sealing performance under harsh conditions.
DOWSIL Q4-2805 is widely used in automotive, aerospace, defense industry, chemical plants, and fuel storage/transfer systems. It is also compatible with metals, glass, ceramics, and selected plastics.
