Product Overview

DOWSIL™ 1-2577 Conformal Coating Clear is a 1-part, solvent-borne, RTV elastomeric silicone conformal coating designed for protecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) and sensitive electronic components against moisture, dirt, corrosion, fungus, and thermal shock. Curing at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, its low viscosity allows versatile application via dipping, spraying, brushing, or automated selective coating equipment. It meets MIL-I-46058C military specifications and carries a UL 94 V-0 flame rating. Formulated with a UV indicator, it enables easy automated or visual inspection under blacklight. The 18.1 kg bulk pail is ideal for high-volume electronic manufacturing processes.
