DOWSIL™ EA-2626 Adhesive Base – Curing Silicone Adhesive

Product Description

DOWSIL™ EA-2626 Base is the primary base component (Part A) of a two-part silicone adhesive system engineered for high-speed bonding and sealing in automotive and industrial electronics. When mixed with its matching Curing Agent, it achieves rapid room-temperature cure even in deep sections, forming a tough and flexible elastomeric bond.

• Cure System: Two-part fast room-temperature neutral alkoxy cure (Rapid green strength development)
• Adhesion: Excellent primerless bonding to metals, glass, ceramics, and plastics (PBT, PPS, etc.)
• Rheology: Non-slump paste consistency holds shape on vertical joints
• Deep-Section Cure: Cures rapidly in thick joints and unexposed cavities independent of atmospheric moisture
• Temperature Range: Wide operating service temperature from -45°C to +180°C
