Product Description
DOWSIL™ 1-2577 Low VOC Conformal Coating is a one-part, transparent, silicone resin conformal coating engineered to protect printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies from moisture, atmospheric contaminants, and mechanical stress while featuring reduced VOC content and low odor.

• Low VOC & Low Odor: Environmentally compliant solvent-borne formulation with reduced VOC emissions
• One-Part RTV Cure: Room temperature moisture cure with optional mild heat acceleration
• UV Indicator: Contains a UV fluorescent dye for easy automated quality inspection
• Tough & Resilient: Cures to a firm elastoplastic finish (Shore A 85 / Shore D 25) with high abrasion resistance
• Dielectric Strength: ~13.4 kV/mm (340 V/mil)
• Flame Resistance: UL 94 V-0 recognized
• Operating Temperature: Wide service range from -45°C to +200°C
