SYLGARD™ 184 Silicone Elastomer Kit is a high-performance, two-component (Part A + Part B), transparent, room-temperature curing silicone potting material designed for the encapsulation and protection of electronic and microelectronic components.
When mixed, it forms a low-viscosity liquid that easily flows around fine and detailed parts. After curing, it becomes flexible, electrically insulating, and highly resistant to environmental influences such as moisture, heat, and vibration.
SYLGARD™ 184 is commonly used for PCB protection, LED driver encapsulation, sensor sealing, microelectronics, biomedical devices, and power modules. Its transparent formulation preserves component visibility while providing long-term durability and reliability.
