SYLGARD™ 170 Silicone Elastomer is a two-component (Part A + Part B), thermosetting and thermally conductive silicone encapsulant designed for the protection of electronic components, power modules, and sensitive devices.
Once mixed, it forms a flowable compound that easily penetrates modules with complex geometries. It cures at room temperature or with heat, forming a flexible, electrically insulating material with excellent resistance to cracking and thermal shock.
SYLGARD™ 170 provides long-term protection especially in LED drivers, power supplies, automotive electronics, military systems, high-voltage modules, converters, and precision sensors.
