Product Description:
MOLYKOTE® SEPARATOR Spray is a high-performance silicone oil and polydimethylsiloxane-based mold release and lubricant. It is specially formulated for a wide range of industrial applications such as rubber and plastic molding, carton box production, and woodworking. It effectively reduces friction, improves surface quality, and simplifies cleaning in food processing machinery, conveyor belts, and slide plates.

Application Instructions:
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of oil or grease before application. Spray a thin, even film from a distance of 25–50 cm. Wipe off any excess if necessary. Do not spray directly onto flames or hot surfaces, and keep away from ignition sources.

Storage and Shelf Life:
When stored in its original, unopened container below +20 °C, the product has a shelf life of up to 60 months (5 years).

Safety Information:
Pressurized container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding +50 °C. Do not pierce or burn the container, even after use. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and keep away from open flames or sparks.
