| DOWSIL™ TC-4515 (Part A & B) is a two-component, 1:1 mix ratio silicone-based thermally conductive gap filler engineered to fill gaps between electronic components and heatsinks. Once cured, it maintains a soft, flexible structure to minimize mechanical stress on delicate components. |
