DuPont™ MOLYKOTE® D-321 R Anti-Friction Coating Spray is a dry film lubricant specially designed for use in high-temperature and heavy-duty applications where traditional oils and greases cannot be applied effectively. Supplied in an easy-to-use aerosol form, it creates a uniform, durable dry film on metal surfaces, minimizing friction and reducing wear caused by extreme operating conditions.
Formulated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) and graphite solid lubricants, MOLYKOTE® D-321 R delivers reliable lubrication performance between +180°C and +450°C. It is particularly effective in furnaces, valve stems, sliding tracks, hinges, conveyors, robotic systems, and equipment operating in vacuum environments.
After application, the coating dries quickly, resists dust accumulation, and provides a clean, oil-free lubrication layer. It prevents metal-to-metal welding, eliminates galling problems, and ensures long-lasting protection for bolts, nuts, pins, and other assembly parts.
