DuPont™ MOLYKOTE® 1000 Thread Paste is a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant assembly paste developed for screws, bolts, and metal fasteners. Supplied in a 1 kg can, this product is a traditional paste that is applied manually or with a brush — not a spray.

With its lead- and nickel-free, environmentally friendly formulation, it delivers superior performance during both assembly and disassembly operations. Containing copper and graphite solid lubricants, it provides low friction and long-lasting protection between fastened components. On press fits and metal joints operating under high temperatures, it prevents seizing, galling, rust, and sticking.
